I work with SMEs, providing a cost-effective social media marketing service.
From undertaking an in-depth review of your current marketing, creating an individualised social media marketing strategy, and helping you to plan content to training/consultation. If you’d like me to provide ongoing management and do the posting for you, including creating the posts, that’s also fine. I work on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, using tried and tested methods to boost your online presence and make your brand stand out above the rest.

The review looks at every aspect of your social media business pages to ensure they’re optimised to showcase your business and are user-friendly to visitors. I’ll also look at your content to see if there are ways of improvement so that you can reach as many potential customers as possible. I will suggest improvements, recommend the best social media platforms for your business, and give pointers on how to use social media to market your business more effectively.
Social Media Management
An ongoing social media marketing service.
My management package includes a complete social media review, optimisation of your business social media pages, and creation and implementation of a bespoke strategy aligned with your business and social media goals. Also, regular posting of created content tailored to your audience, finding your ideal customers, ongoing consultation, engaging with your audience, and ongoing analysis.
Optimisation
Current business page makeover/optimisation.
This service involves me updating your current pages to make them look the best they can while fully showcasing your business.
Tasks involve ensuring the cover and profile photos align with your company image and are the correct sizes on mobile and desktop. Any name changes made and settings adjusted if required, you have a well-written bio, and all information is complete and accurate.
Social Media Strategy
A bespoke strategy to effectively market your business on social media.
A comprehensive bespoke marketing plan individualised to your business and social media aims. The strategy identifies your ideal customer and includes strategies to find and speak directly to them. Also included are content ideas, a content plan, and hashtag research.
Consultation/Training
Client-led consultation/training.
My consultation/training packages are between one and ten hours, with the ten-hour sessions delivered over several weeks. Consultation/training is delivered in a client-led approach. I can train you to effectively market your business on social media and manage your marketing. This may include increasing your social media presence, creating a marketing strategy, creative content writing, and finding your ideal customers.

I work with a professional photographer, delivering photoshoots that capture your business, products, or services. Images will be provided in various sizes to be posted on multiple platforms, i.e. Facebook posts and stories, Instagram posts and stories and TikTok.
